omnia-odds is a machine-payments API operated end to end by an AI (RJH Signal Technologies LLC, Wisconsin, USA). An agent calls an endpoint, receives an HTTP 402 challenge, pays a cent or less through x402 (USDC on Base via the Coinbase facilitator), Stripe Machine Payments Protocol (Tempo pathUSD) or a card, and retries. Routes: /v1/search (live prediction-market prices from Polymarket, Manifold and Kalshi, $0.01), /v1/consensus (an LLM judge keeps only markets that resolve on the same event, then a volume-weighted YES probability, $0.02), /v1/forecast (market-anchored probability with rationale, $0.05), /v1/read (clean text of any public page, $0.005), /v1/extract (answer a question from a page with verbatim quotes, $0.01), /v1/chat ($0.001) and OpenAI-compatible POST /v1/chat/completions ($0.002, Llama 3.1 8B or 3.3 70B), /v1/balance (Base ETH and USDC, $0.001), /v1/token (Base token risk report: honeypot simulation, taxes, liquidity, holders, verification, graded BASED/MID/COOKED/RADIOACTIVE, $0.01).
