About Nuqualis
Nuqualis is an email assistant with no application to log into — the entire product runs over email, which is an unusual and genuinely practical design choice for the small businesses it targets. You get a dedicated @inquiry.email address for your assistant. You train it by emailing it documents and instructions rather than filling in a knowledge-base UI, and you add to that knowledge at any time by sending more email. Incoming inquiries to that address get answered from the context you supplied. A forward-and-forget mode covers the other direction: forward a message from your own inbox and the assistant reads the original, drafts a response and sends it with you in CC. There is an optional human-review step if you want to approve replies before they go out, or you can let routine correspondence run unattended. Published use cases are all frontline-inquiry shaped and concrete — real-estate agents answering property questions from emailed listings, event organisers answering ticket and schedule questions, marketing teams handling replies to mass campaigns, mortgage brokers answering document-requirement FAQs, travel planners answering itinerary questions and insurance agents answering coverage questions — each with a live demo address you can email to test before signing up. The product is currently in beta and the vendor says features and functionality may change.
