MyAgentMail is outreach infrastructure built specifically for AI agents rather than for humans driving a campaign UI, and it covers two channels behind one API key, one SDK and one MCP server. The email side provisions inboxes on demand, either on the vendor's domain or on a custom domain you control, sends over REST or SMTP, and receives over webhook or IMAP with threading preserved — so an agent can hold a real back-and-forth conversation rather than fire one-way sends. The LinkedIn side is programmatic login, search and connect: it handles email-and-password authentication including PIN and mobile-app verification, runs keyword searches over posts from the last 24 hours to find people talking about a topic, and sends personalised connection requests, with sessions AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. The architectural decision that shapes the product is multi-tenancy: workspace isolation lets a platform resell the service, giving each end customer its own isolated workspace, scoped API keys and cadences. Channels are billed independently, so an email-only customer never pays for LinkedIn, and both appear on one Stripe customer with one API key. Webhooks, intent-signal monitoring and cadences are included across tiers. Cadences are included on every tier rather than metered separately, and the platform surface is documented as a REST API, a TypeScript SDK, an MCP server, multi-tenancy, webhooks and encryption at rest.
