Managed sites are registered once and regenerated automatically on a weekly or daily schedule, served from a stable URL and pushed to a webhook on every change, so downstream consumers learn the file moved without polling. An API with keys and monthly quotas exposes generation and validation to CI, which is where a team that cares about this should be running it — regenerate on docs deploy, fail the build if the validator score drops.
