LinkDevi is a URL shortener that separates the free utility from the paid analytics cleanly: shortening a link, generating QR codes and getting a click count cost nothing and require no login, while the detail behind those clicks — geography, device, referrer, exportable reports — sits behind a paid plan. That split makes the free tier genuinely useful rather than a nag screen; it covers 1,000 short links, unlimited QR codes, one bio page, a UTM builder, link expiration and a 100-at-a-time bulk shortener, with no ads. A bulk shortener that accepts a pasted list or a CSV and returns many trackable links at once is the feature that distinguishes it from the one-link-at-a-time free tools, and batch size scales by tier up to 5,000. Several branded shortening domains are offered on the free tier, and custom domains — three, ten or fifteen depending on plan — are paid-only, which is the usual upgrade trigger. Paid tiers layer on the marketing controls: password protection, link cloaking and API access at $7, then geo and device targeting, A/B testing, retargeting pixels and full analytics export at $24, then higher rate limits, more domains and 25 bio pages at $49. Metering is by short links per workspace, link edits per month and bulk batch size rather than by clicks, which is unusual and favours campaigns with high traffic on a small number of links.
