Higher tiers add AI Actions with quotas per user, shared team workspaces covering chats, playbooks, files and connectors, scheduled playbooks, centralised billing, two-factor authentication, unlimited data retention and priority support. Embeds let you place an analyst surface inside another product, billed per embed user, with full logo and colour customisation on enterprise. The vendor reports more than a million users. It is a reasonable fit for an operations or finance team that wants conversational analysis without standing up a warehouse and BI stack first.
