Formsuite is a form, survey and quiz builder whose free tier is unusually complete, which is the whole positioning: unlimited forms, unlimited responses and unlimited questions with no time limit, gated only by a fair-usage policy rather than by a response counter. The builder covers the advanced mechanics that normally live two tiers up elsewhere — conditional logic, calculations, hidden fields, answer recall so a later question can quote an earlier one, multi-question pages, duplicate-submission prevention and the ability for a respondent to leave and return to an incomplete form. Distribution is treated as a first-class surface rather than an afterthought: a form can be shared as a link, embedded in a page, hosted on the customer's own domain, or displayed as a pop-up or a banner widget, so it fits an existing customer journey instead of bouncing people to a third-party page. Scheduler and booking blocks and file uploads are included on the free plan too. The AI layer is a chat assistant that helps compose and refine forms, plus conversational AI blocks inside the form itself and AI-generated key insights over the responses — capped at ten assistant messages on free and unlimited on the paid tier. The single paid plan is the usual brand-removal-and-teams bundle: no Formsuite branding, folders, saved themes, partial submissions, response summaries, advanced analytics and shareable reports.
