Craqly is a real-time conversation assistant that runs as a private desktop overlay rather than as a meeting bot, which is the design decision the whole product turns on: nothing joins the call, no participant list shows an extra attendee, and the assistant is visible only on your own screen. It listens as the conversation happens, follows questions, objections and decisions in context, and on a keyboard shortcut returns an answer, a follow-up question or a recap in about a second, with the contents of your screen available to it as context alongside the audio. Because it is an overlay on macOS and Windows rather than an integration, it works across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack and WebEx without per-platform setup, and it supports eighteen languages. Sessions are billed in credits where one credit is one minute of live listening, credits reset monthly, and the tier ladder is essentially a purchase of live minutes plus model quality — higher tiers add the latest models, extended responses, custom AI personas and instructions, multiple project workspaces and faster priority response. The free tier gives twenty credits a month with all five session modes, which is enough to test the latency claim before paying.
