About capsul
capsul is a command-line tool that assembles the context for a coding task and hands it to the agent CLI you are already signed into (Claude Code or Codex CLI), under a hard ceiling you set with --budget. No API key and no second model bill: your existing Claude or ChatGPT subscription is what answers. It is built to lower what each turn spends against your plan's usage limit (it does not raise the limit), and `capsul context` shows what a task will send before any model call. Commercial, not open source; macOS, Linux and Windows with Node 20+. I'm the developer.
