CADProps Connector connects Claude to a remote MCP service for CAD inspection. The inspect_cad tool returns a one-time browser upload link; after the user uploads a supported file, the connector reports available dimensions, units and geometry properties, with previews and format-dependent conversions. Files are processed on the server, not locally. Guest processing does not require a CADProps account. Exact CAD properties are distinguished from approximate mesh measurements, and format, geometry, quota and expiry limits apply. The connector can hand the result into the CADProps web workspace. It is a CAD inspection interface, not a generative CAD authoring system.
