BugSmash collects annotated feedback on almost anything a team ships — live websites, videos, PDFs, 3D models, slide decks, email campaigns, mobile apps and design files — in one place, with comments pinned in context rather than scattered across chat threads and email. The design decision that shapes the product is that reviewers never sign in: a client opens a link, annotates directly on the asset and leaves, and guest reviewers are unlimited on every plan including the free one. That removes the friction that usually kills external review tools, where the client's unwillingness to create an account collapses the workflow back into email. Pricing follows the same logic and is explicitly not seat-based, so a growing agency is not taxed for adding reviewers or collaborators. AI review is metered as its own resource across the tiers — one review on Free, twenty a month on Starter, a hundred on Team and unlimited on Agency, where custom AI review agents can also be configured. Integrations push feedback into Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, Trello and Linear so annotations become tracked work rather than a parallel inbox. Higher tiers add custom branding on a subdomain, then a full white-label suite with a CNAME domain and custom SMTP so client-facing reviews carry the agency's identity, plus API access. The vendor states it is used by 1,250+ agencies and companies across 100+ countries.
