About Aldena

Aldena is an agent platform built around the shape of client-services work rather than the shape of a chat window. You create a "room" per project or per client, then staff it with named agents that have real roles — a manager, seniors, middles — and arrange who reports to whom in the UI rather than writing orchestration code. Each room runs on its own dedicated server, so nothing leaks between clients, and memory is deliberately two-layered: every agent keeps private memory while the room holds shared context the whole team draws on. The defining design decision is the approval gate, which is on by default. Agents pause at every decision point and wait; nothing merges, deploys, or ships until a human reviews the diff and signs off, and work resumes from exactly where it paused. Output is real work through your existing tools — pull requests, deploys, docs, backlog items — with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Google Drive connected today and Slack, Figma, Vercel, and Linear listed as coming. A skill marketplace lets you attach pre-built tool integrations and in-platform abilities to any agent. Billing separates the platform from the models: a flat monthly fee per active member, plus one prepaid team balance that model usage deducts from at provider list rates. It is built by a two-person team, Aaron and Julia Delasy.
