Agentys is an AI email assistant that connects to Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 over OAuth 2.0, learns a user's writing style from their own sent mail, and drafts replies in that voice. The distinction it draws is between drafting and sending: nothing leaves the mailbox without a human clicking send, so the product sits in the draft folder rather than in the outbox. The vendor states that accurate drafts appear within about 24 hours of connecting, once enough sent mail has been analysed, and quotes 99% draft accuracy by the second week. Alongside drafting it sorts the inbox, prioritising messages that matter and archiving newsletters and noise, which is the half of the job that determines which threads get a draft at all. No password is stored — authorisation is one-click OAuth and revocable from the provider. Higher tiers add calendar access, voice dictation, automatic follow-ups and automated workflows, and raise the monthly cap on generated drafts. The free tier is genuinely free rather than a trial: one inbox, smart sorting and custom automation tools with no card. Paid plans are quoted at an annual rate with a higher month-to-month price shown alongside, and a seven-day trial applies.
