AECharts is a business chart maker aimed at consultants, analysts and anyone building client decks or investor reports, and its distinguishing feature is the chart types that presentation software does not ship. Waterfall and stacked waterfall for EBITDA bridges and P&L walks, Mekko and bar Mekko for market share by segment and size, Gantt for project timelines, plus the conventional column, bar, line, area, pie, donut, scatter and bubble families in clustered, stacked and 100% stacked variants. Data comes in from an Excel or CSV file, a connected Google Sheets URL, or a fetch from any public URL. The AI layer is a chat interface for styling and editing a chart, so a user restyles by describing the change rather than learning the editor, with full manual editing still available for anyone who prefers it. Annotations are the other differentiator: Value Lines, Diff Arrows and CAGR Arrows are computed from the underlying data, so when the numbers change the labels update rather than needing to be redrawn by hand. Brand control covers fonts, colours, label formats and axis ranges, with a shared Brand Kit on team plans that applies saved settings across every chart. An add-on inserts charts straight into PowerPoint and Google Slides. Exports on the free tier are unlimited but watermarked; paid tiers remove the watermark and add PNG, transparent PNG, PPTX and MP4 output.
